    • We accept any major credit card for invoices less than $5,000. For subscriptions over this amount, we can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Your account executive can arrange an invoice purchase.
    • All credit card payments are processed by Stax (formerly Fatmerchant). We do not store any sensitive credit card data. All server-to-server communications are made through secure SSL connections.

    • Yes! Start a free trial experience exists with all of the features of a paid plan—no strings attached. Reach out to a Sales Expert here and start your trial. When you’re ready to activate your account, you’ll have the option to select which products you choose.
    • Yes, you can cancel your account, and the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription. Any change to your subscription is subject to the Terms of Use and/or an executed order form.
    • Our full refund policy can be found in our Terms of Use. Since Clovers initiates service as soon as you pay, there are no refunds. To treat every customer fairly, no exceptions will be made.
    • We commit to storing interviews for up to 1 year as long as you have an active subscription. If you need to store your interviews for over a year, contact us, and we’ll discuss your needs and offer a solution. You can download or delete your interviews whenever you’d like.
    • Clovers is GDRP compliant. Clovers production data is processed and stored within Amazon Web Services US, which uses state-of-the-art multilayer access, alerting, and auditing measures.
    • All data is encrypted using AES-256 and Amazon’s Key Management Service (KMS) for key management. You can read our privacy policy and data security sheetfor more information.
