Virtual hiring (also known as virtual recruiting) refers to a hiring process that takes place entirely online. From job posting, to interviews conducted, all aspects of the hiring process are conducted over the internet. Recruiters, candidates and hiring teams go through candidate sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessments and interviews through job offer and acceptance without ever meeting candidates in person. Virtual hiring has become commonplace as organizations are moving toward remote and hybrid workforce environments.
