Video Interview Platform

Video interview platforms are technology that enables organizations (hiring managers and recruiters) and candidates to perform interviews through video over the internet. Video interview platforms can provide many benefits to both organizations and candidates in the interview process such as providing a guided set of questions for interviewers, transcription of interviews to ensure that candidates are evaluated based on actual responses not interviewer notes and compliance alerts that protect candidates and interviewers from illegal questions asked during the interview process. Video interviews can be delivered in two ways, live where candidates are talking to hiring managers in real time or asynchronously (or async) when questions from the employer are recorded for candidates and candidates record a response in return.
