Recruitment Satisfaction Survey

Recruiters and HR professionals conduct recruitment satisfaction surveys to better understand, improve and optimize their recruiting process and practices within their organization. These satisfaction surveys are conducted with every candidate, whether they are offered the job or not to give HR teams a clear view of their overall hiring and interview process and its overall effectiveness.

Recruitment satisfaction surveys can also be used to the experience that candidates are having with the company and their hiring teams during the interview process. Insights that can be gleaned from recruitment satisfaction surveys include understanding of the hiring process was too long, if candidates perceived the process difficult, the skills of the interviewers and if they felt they were evaluated fairly.

Companies are coming to understand the value of recruitment satisfaction surveys as a link to their employer brand. If candidates consistently report negative experiences in the hiring process, this will have a dramatic impact on a company’s ability to attract and hire top talent and will impact the business overall.
