Interview Scoring

Interview rating systems and scorecards are used to evaluate a candidate’s experience throughout their interview process. They make for more consistent interviews, improve communication within the hiring team, and reduce interviewer bias. Rating cards also improve interviewer compliance and the hiring process overall. Evaluation can be done numerically, on a Likert or sentiment scale, as well as open-ended form.
