The candidate journey is a term used to describe all the different stages and touch points a job seeker can encounter relating to an organization’s hiring process that makes up their overall experience as a candidate. A candidate’s journey begins before the hiring process even begins and continues on after it ends. The 6 stages of a candidate journey include awareness, consideration and interest, application, selection, and onboarding.
